Project Overview
At America’s General Contractor, we understand that an efficient warehouse requires a highly functional operational hub. Our team partnered with Fleet Pride in Grapevine, TX, to execute a full remodel of their industrial command center.
The goal of this commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) project was to modernize an aging workspace situated in the middle of a high-traffic warehouse floor. The project required careful coordination to minimize operational downtime while delivering a complete transformation—from initial demolition and precision framing to the final coat of paint.
The Results
The newly remodeled command center is now a clean, professional, and optimized environment. By installing new acoustical ceiling tiles, we significantly reduced warehouse noise inside the office, creating a better environment for the staff. Additionally, the new vision glass installed on the door and the expanded framing enhance the team’s line of sight across the facility, improving safety and operational workflow.
Scope of Work

- Vision Glass Installation: Custom installation of vision glass on the main entry door to maximize floor visibility.
