What is Included
We follow a thorough and professional process to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality paint job:
Pressure wash all surfaces to be painted to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Caulk around windows, doors, and trim (where gaps exist) to seal out moisture and drafts.
Scrape all loose and peeling paint to create a solid surface for the new paint.
Prime all bare wood areas using the appropriate primer.
Patch cracked fascia boards for a smoother finish. (Note: Fascia boards are naturally rough-sawn and will not be sanded completely smooth.)
Pull back loose gravel or soil to allow painting below the grade line.
Keep the job site clean and well-organized, masking off all unpainted areas to protect them during the process.

We’ll take care of moving and covering furniture and floors. However, we recommend removing fragile or valuable items yourself and letting us know in advance about anything that needs special care.

You can, but it may end up costing more. We receive discounted pricing on paint through our supplier partnerships. If you still want to supply the paint, we’re happy to discuss it with you before starting the job.
Yes! Most of our residential painting projects come with a 2-year limited warranty. Some surfaces, like horizontal or high-wear areas, may not qualify. Ask us for full warranty details when we plan your project.
